The figure of the Condhotel in the autonomic regulations

Abstract

This paper examines the condohotel’s regional regulation in Spain. There is no national autonomous regulation, that’s causes a high complexity to know what rules apply. The ever-growing evolution that has suffered this kind of hotel management on the American hotel market with the private residences system, it is opposite to the slowness we incorporate it into our legal system. Some regional regulation have regulated this figure, which has revealed the need to offer major protection to the relations between the owners and the hotel chain, offer safety to the tourists who make a hotel reservation and pay attention to the condo bylaws and the usage rules and restrictions.
