Looking at comercial premises market for sale in Cordoba

Abstract

For the study of the progress of the municipality’s local economy is highly important the knowledge of its real estate market, and especially, the commercial premises and industrial warehouses market of supply. A high dynamism of this market clearly reflects an active economy. In this paper, we present an overview of the commercial premises market in the city of Córdoba, in Spain. We analyse a lot of characteristics, such as, total price, price per square meter or the situation on the street and the geographical position. The supply evolution has also been analysed between November 1st, 2016 and May 1st, 2017, based on the data included in the real estate portal Idealista.com.
