Digitalizacion of the tourist and financial sectors. Legal implications

Abstract

This paper combines a study about financial and tourism sectors, the digitalization and possible synergies that might arise. There is no doubt about the positive effect of the new technologies. Meanwhile, serious doubts are raised, related to traffic operators and their legal framework. For this reason, the aim is to approach the reader to the current legal framework and the future trends in the regulatory field. Future challenges and strategic choices are addressed at the end of the article.
